First, we, along with you will establish the real estate criteria which will be used to identify and select the best available properties. A detailed breakdown of operational and economic real estate requirements will be developed. We will then research the market and prepare a market survey of all properties which meet your criteria. This survey is the basis for your selection of the most qualified properties. 

After qualified prospective properties are found, you can proceed forward by selecting the most qualified properties from the previously developed survey.  We will then obtain detailed site and building information for each selected property for technical review by you before the solicitation or submission of proposals for the final one or more properties.
We, again with you input, will establish the terms and conditions to be included in the request for proposal. The request for proposal will be submitted to the landlord for each selected property. We will prepare comparative reports on the final selected properties. These reports will be used by you to analyze and compare each property for the purpose of identifying the most suitable property for lease. After that property is selected lease negotiation can begin, and we will guide you through reviewing and establishing the terms and conditions of the lease agreement.

At this time we can help you with any concerns regarding future real estate needs that are a result of the move. These needs and requirements will be identified, analyzed, and the appropriate solution implemented in a timely fashion. This will include disposition of existing real estate and for the leasing of expansion space in the new facility if necessary.
